There is a WONDERFUL children's playground just out the back door that the children of past renters have fallen in love with!

Two of the four pools, the world-famous Coquina pool (heated when needed) is one street over and the Sky Pool (heated year-round and fully enclosed with climate control - even the FLOOR is heated!!) is a quick three minute walk. The vibrant colors of nature, pristine boardwalks, expansive green common areas and native wildflowers, including blooming rosemary the community takes its name from, all combine to make Rosemary Beach a very unique and desirable destination.
